Kansas Wine and Cheese . . .
The open air and spacious skies of the Midwestern Plains has nurtured more than two dozen Kansas vineyards and wineries, and our very own Alma Creamery, Home of the Famous Alma Cheese, in Alma KS.
This year, we will have the Flint Hills Feast (a FABULOUS collection of Mild Cheddar, Pepper Jack & Yellow Cheddar Curds, a bottle of the popular Elderberry Bliss non-alcoholic juice produced by Wyldewood Cellars, and a jar of Grandma Hoerner's very own Cranberry Walnut Chutney), and three different 2.5 lb logs of Alma Cheese for auction: Pepper Jack, Monterrey Jack, and Co-Jack (three each), and a log of each for guests to sample.
We are also delighted to have vintners from the following Kansas Wineries at our 2012 Charity Wine Tasting Event:
