Guests also have a chance to try their hand at the wine pull. A block of rooms will be reserved for out-of-town guests to stay overnight at the Best Western Angus Inn.

Tickets: Tickets for the Wine Tasting Event ($35 per person, or $250 for a table of eight) sold out for the first time last year but just about everyone on the waiting list had a chance to come.

Sponsors: We invite individuals, organizations and businesses to sponsor the 2012 Charity Wine Tasting Event so that more of the money raised goes directly to the people and programs who need it most. Click here for a list of 2012 Sponsors, and for information about how you can become a sponsor, too.

Auction: The 2012 Annual Charity Wine Tasting Event will include a live and silent auction with our auctioneer for the evening. The 2012 list of auction donors, and information about how to donate an auction item for the 2012 Charity Wine Tasting Event are available here.

Of Wine and Cheese: The pairing of fine artisan wines and cheeses is worthy of the highest appreciation. Click here to see why! The open air and spacious skies of the Midwestern Plains has nurtured more than two dozen Kansas vineyards and wineries, and our very own Alma Creamery, Home of the Famous Alma Cheese, in Alma KS. Click here for more information about three of the Kansas wineries who participated in the 2011 event. We had three different 2.5 lb logs of Alma Cheese (five each) for auction: Colby, Pepperjack, and Co-Jack, and a log of each for guests to sample from.
