Of Wine and Cheese: The pairing of fine artisan wines and cheeses is worthy of the highest appreciation. Click here to see why! The open air and spacious skies of the Midwestern Plains has nurtured more than two dozen Kansas vineyards and wineries, and our very own Alma Creamery, Home of the Famous Alma Cheese, in Alma KS. Click here for more information about three of the Kansas wineries who will be participating in the 2013 event. We will have three different 2.5 lb logs of Alma Cheese (five each) for auction: Pepper Jack, Colby and Cheddar, and a log of each for guests to sample.
